UX Designer

  • Creating sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.

  • Collaborating with Product, Marketing and Engineering teams to explore, define, and deliver easy-to-use experiences that empower our consultants to navigate through new online tools.

  • Use business requirements, usability findings and market research to develop scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.

  • Design conceptual wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, information architecture diagrams, interaction specifications, and functional prototypes.

  • Utilize storyboards, samples, prototypes, and templates to transform complex systems and datasets into easily understandable and interpretable visualizations.

  • Translate design briefs into highly engaging and compelling design concepts, including interactive mockups.

  • Conceptualize, design, and develop the user interface/user experience as well as the overall look and feel of web pages, mobile applications, and other digital devices

  • Conduct qualitative user research such as ethnographies, focus groups, screen sharing sessions, and usability testing so as to inform design decisions and understand user needs.

  • Develop and nurture relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency.

  • Proactively manage own work queue, time, and expectations, meet deadlines and communicate needs.

  • Manage ambiguity, work independently and collaboratively within a team, and switch rapidly between different projects in an agile environment.

  • Responsible for graphic design on apparel printing, vectorizing artwork, setting up and taking product photos as well as editing

  • Conducted garment mockup, dye sublimation, and garment manufacturing from front to back

  • Print production for heat presses on apparel and hats, full sublimation apparel printing, heat transfer printing, vinyl’s, decals, and stickers

  • Utilized Roland Versa Camm print and cut vs-540i for vinyl’s decals, stickers, and heat transfers. Operated Roland Soljet pro xf-640 for full sublimation dyes for garments

  • Weeding and plotting

  • Responsible for communicating and sending mockups to customers via email, phone calls, and text

  • Editing pattern templates of apparel for print file ready

  • Creating print files for patches, rash guards, different style board shorts, compression shorts, t-shirts, and more

  • Creating custom tag labels using Bartender Program
